Are you looking for a high-impact role combining finance, coordination, and operational excellence? As a Finance & Operations Manager, you will act as the backbone of the organization. Ensuring smooth financial management and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with leadership and support both corporate and fund-related activities in a fast-paced investment environment. Manage day-to-day accounting and cash flow for multiple entities. Prepare financial reports and liaise with external accountants. Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and investor relations. Oversee compliance matters (KYC, AIFMD, ESG, etc.). Lead administrative and operational processes for the office. Ensure data accuracy and audit readiness. Support internal events and team coordination. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, operations, or fund administration. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
